Anna Mae Reames Albarez, a lifelong resident of Louisiana, was born on March 4, 1944, at her family home in Pride, Louisiana, to Allen Lee Reames, Sr. and Bernice Clayton Reames. She passed away peacefully on July 25, 2026, at the age of 82.

Anna Mae will be remembered as a devoted mother, cherished grandmother and great-grandmother, beloved sister, and faithful friend. Her greatest joy in life was her family, and she treasured every opportunity to spend time with those she loved. She was a woman of quiet faith who lovingly used her talents to create beautiful flower arrangements for her church, sharing both her creativity and her servant's heart with others.

Her kindness, gentle spirit, and unwavering love for her family will forever be remembered by all who had the privilege of knowing her. Anna Mae's legacy of faith, compassion, and devotion will continue to live on in the hearts of those she leaves behind.

Anna is survived by her sons, Jeffrey Albarez (Diane), Gregory Albarez (Pamela), and Kevin Albarez (Tobie); grandchildren, Rory Albarez, Derek Albarez (Beth), Anna Mari Quebedeaux (Brett), Blake Albarez (Heather), Brittney Robinson, and Brennon Albarez (Torie); 6 great grandchildren; sisters, Evelyn Gaye Duncan and Lenora Basco; and a host of numerous nieces and nephews.

Anna is preceded in death by her husband, Terry John Albarez, parents, Allen Lee Reames, Sr. and Bernice Clayton Reames; and brother, Allen Lee Reames, Jr.

Relatives and friends are invited to join the family at Seale Funeral Home, 1720 S. Range Ave, Denham Springs, LA on Wednesday, July 29, 2026 for a visitation starting at 9:00 AM until the funeral service at 11:00 AM.
