Anne K. Brunson, of Jacksonville, Florida, passed away on June 5, 2026, surrounded by the love of her family. Born on October 14, 1960, in Jacksonville, Florida, Anne was the beloved daughter of Eunice Krieger and the late David Nelson Krieger.

Anne was a woman of remarkable strength, resilience, and love. Throughout her life, she faced many health challenges, yet she fought with courage and determination, overcoming odds that many thought impossible. Her unwavering spirit inspired everyone who knew her, and her loving heart touched countless lives.

Anne is survived by her devoted daughters, Denita Connolly and her husband, Edward, and Jennifer Brown and her husband, Billy. She also leaves behind her cherished stepchildren, Becky, Katrina, and Charles.

Her greatest joy in life was her grandchildren, whom she loved more than anything. She leaves behind Brooke Connolly, Hailey Connolly, Elizabeth Carr, Ava McCallister—her beloved “bestie”—and Haze McCallister. They were the light of her life, and she treasured every moment spent with them.

Anne is also survived by her brother, David “Mike” Krieger, and sister-in-law, Sherry Krieger, along with her extended Brunson family, her church family, dear friends, and all those who were blessed to know and love her.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband, Charles Brunson; her beloved son, Randy Brown Jr.; and her father, David Nelson Krieger.

Anne’s love knew no bounds, and her memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew her. She was deeply loved, cherished beyond measure, and will be missed more with each passing day. Though our hearts are broken, we take comfort in knowing that her legacy of strength, faith, and unconditional love will continue through the family she adored.

Around the moon and back, we love you. We will miss you today, tomorrow, and more than the day before. Forever in our hearts.

“Well done, good and faithful servant.” — Matthew 25:23 ❤️
