Arlene Smith Rothman

Arlene Smith Rothman, 89, of Denham Springs, Louisiana, passed away Monday, August 18, 2025. Arlene loved to work in her yard and travel. She was a loving and devoted mother, grandmother, great and great-great grandmother, and dog mom. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her. She was preceded in death by her husband, Phillip Rothman; son, Jeffrey Paul Rothman; parents, Hubert and Fannie Lang Smith; sisters, Betty Pope and Pat Philpot; and twin brothers, Roy and Ray Smith. Arlene is survived by her children, Kendall Rothman, Todd Rothman (Debby), and Shauna Brasseaux (Kirt); grandchildren, Kurt, Michael, Kevin, Kris, Kendra, David, Kasey, Stephen, and Alexandra; dear family friend, Karen Rothman; as well as numerous great and great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
