Basil Wayne Crawford

Basil Wayne Crawford, 51 a native of Zachary, Louisiana passed away on September 3, 2025. He was born on November 1, 1973 to Donna Shade Crawford and Wayne Crawford in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He was employed at Dow for 21 years. In his free time, he loved to hunt and fish. Basil proudly served in the United States Air Force.

Basil is survived by his children, Megan White (Dustin), Hope Forbus (Jordan), Kahle Crawford, Madison Crowell (Jeremy), and Morgan Simpson; grandson, Waylon White; fiancé, Christie Evans and her son, Rylee Romano; sisters, Traci Toney and Cora Morris; and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.

Basil is preceded in death by his parents, Wayne and Donna Crawford; and his sister, Pamela Connolly.

Relatives and friends are invited to join the family for a visitation at Seale Funeral Home, Denham Springs on Tuesday, September 9, 2025 from 9:00 AM until funeral services at 12:00 PM conducted by Rev. Bud Chandler.
