Brenda Gail Kimball Dunnagan

Brenda Gail Kimball Dunnagan passed away July 20, 2026. She was born May 9, 1952, grew up in Baton Rouge, graduated from Baton Rouge High, and met the love of her life, Norman Patrick Dunnagan, Sr., at Broadmoor Baptist Church. They were married 53 years and had two children; Tiffany Opal Dunnagan Wallace, and Norman Patrick Dunnagan, Jr. Brenda and Pat moved to Denham Springs where they could enjoy the small town country life. She became a realtor for M.A. Allen, entertaining clients, as she helped them find perfect homes. Her entrepreneurial spirit led her to her “Dust Busters” business. She also worked for the East Baton Rouge Parish Clerk of Court, and Guaranty Life Insurance Company. Brenda’s interests included dancing with her “YA YA” group, boating on the river, traveling to the beach and mountains with her family, spending time with friends, and most recently, enjoying her Sunday School class and teaching Bible school at Watson Baptist Church.

Brenda is survived by her daughter, Tiffany Wallace and husband, Wesley; grandson, Nolan Thomas Perry; sister, Donna Kimball-Lerma and husband Gil; niece, Kimberly Shea Smith and her son, Robert Michael Shingleur, Jr., wife, Hope and their children, Briggs and Natalie Shingleur; favorite Aunt Jeanie Bradford, and cousin Paula; sister in law, Robin Dunnagan Sharp and husband, Mike; and niece Courtney Sharp.

Brenda is preceded in death by her husband, Pat Dunnagan, Sr; son, Patrick Dunnagan, Jr.; parents, Peter Nolan Kimball and Dorothy Cutrer Kimball; and sister in law, Bronwyn Dunnagan.

Thank you to the church ladies who gave love and support these last few months. Brenda’s sense of humor will be missed by everyone who knew and loved her.

Seale Funeral Home was entrusted with final arrangements and care. A private family graveside will be held at a later date.
