Carol Kelly Bagley

Carol went home to be with her Lord and Savior on September 11, 2025. She passed away peacefully at home in her sleep. A native of Baton Rouge and lifelong resident of Denham Springs, she was grateful and blessed to have lived in her childhood home for more than 50 years.

Mrs. Carol devoted over 25 years to Amite Baptist Church, serving in childcare and education, where she lovingly cared for every child and family she encountered.

She is survived by her husband of 53 years, John Dean Bagley; her son and daughter-in-love, John Stephen and Sheila Bagley; her grandson and granddaughter-in-love, Austin Dean and Miranda Bagley; her granddaughter, Lauryn Olivia Bagley; step-granddaughter, Kylie Allgood; step-grandson, Austin Allgood; and her cherished great-grandchildren, Bennett Kyle and Baylor Kate Bagley, and Millie Jane Wilson.

She was preceded in death by her loving parents, Harold and Claudia Kelly of Denham Springs; her paternal grandparents, William and Lily Kelly, and step-grandmother, Addie Kelly; maternal grandparents, Jackson Fee and Georgia Lockhart; her infant twin sister; and numerous beloved family members and friends.

Visitation and a memorial service will be held at Seale Funeral Home in Denham Springs, LA, on Sunday, September 14, 2025. Visitation will be from 11:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m., with the memorial service beginning at 2:00 p.m.
