Charles Joseph Bacile

Charles “Charlie” Bacile of Walker, Louisiana passed away April 29,2026 at the age of 79 surrounded by those he loved.

Charlie lived a full life, he served in the Army, coached kids baseball, enjoyed drag racing his ‘67 Mercury Cougar and spending time at the track with family and friends. He enjoyed sitting outside on the back porch drinking coffee with family. He loved to joke with everyone, to know him, was to love him. He loved his family dearly, and that was his greatest love.

Those left to cherish his memories, his loving wife of 36 years Gail Bacile. Kids, Craig (Susan) Bacile, Lance (Heather) Bacile, Brandi (Johnny) Dispensire and Chris (Lyndsay) Causey. Grandkids Brittany Bacile, Anabelle Bacile, Kyleigh Causey, and Tyler Deville, as well as one great granddaughter.

One remaining brother Anthony Bacile and numerous nieces and nephews.

Those who have passed before him: his mother Mary Mitra Polito Bacile, father Nick Bacile Sr.

Brothers Nick Jr, Johnny, Nace and Vincent Bacile also Johnny Polito. One sister Camille Bacile.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend visitation at Seale Funeral Home in Denham Springs on Monday May 4, 2026 12-2, funeral service at 2 with burial to follow in Evergreen Memorial Park.
