He is also survived by his niece-in-law Deidre Jarreau and her son Patrick, and Nicole Jarreau and her sons Gavin and and Luke Jarreau; sister and brother in laws, Carolyn and Michael Morrow and Brenda and Alvin Jarreau; and a special friend he called, "Brother Wheat", James Johnson.
Charles was preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Joyce Settoon Sr.; his in-laws, C.R and Peggy Blanchard; his grandparents, Clerville and Mabel Hebert; Gurcey Settoon and Paris Joseph Settoon; his godmother, Delores Odom; his nephew, Ellis Martin; his niece, Reese Jarreau; He also had many beloved pets waiting for him at the rainbow bridge, Daisy, Pepper, Rosa, Chloe, and his sweet girl Maggie.
