Charles “Bud” Joseph Tilley, 66, of Killian, LA, passed away peacefully on November 4, 2025. He was born on January 15, 1959, to Ruthie Mae Rousseau and Clarence E. Tilley, Sr., in Independence, Louisiana.

Bud was a carpenter by trade and he loved NASCAR Racing.

He was survived by His daughter, Stacey Tilley; brother, Clarence Tilley, Jr.; nieces, Susan Pagan, Rebecca Hess, Ryan Vloedman, Tenara Pagan, and Lana White; nephews, Clarence III, Justin, Joey, Terrence and Jeffrey Tilley; best friends, Theresa Lester, Bob Rousseau, Joey Fontenot, Liz Tilley, Ronnie Duncan, and Bud Lite.

Bud is preceded in death by his parents, Clarence E. Tilley, Sr. and Ruth Mae Tilley; daughter, Tracey Tilley; sister, Lois Anne Tilley, brother, Roy Evans Tilley; nephew, Clarence (Peanut) Tilley; and niece, Ciara Lexi Pagan.

Relatives and friends are invited to join the family for the visitation at Seale Funeral Home, 1720 S. Range Ave., Denham Springs on Thursday, November 13, 2025 from 11:00 AM until the memorial service at 12:00 PM. He will later be laid to rest in Killian, Louisiana.
