Clyde Ricky Johnson

Clyde Ricky Johnson “Ricky” passed away October 19, 2024 at his residence in Denham Springs, LA. He was born July 26, 1954 in Baton Rouge and was a retired car salesman. Ricky was a past member of the Denham Springs Country Club. His passions were golf, fishing, hunting, and playing the guitar with his friends. Ricky was an effervescent addition to his friends. He was a scratch golfer and played in many countries, including England, Scotland, and Ireland.

He is survived by his brother Kenneth Johnson and niece Jennifer J. Shadden.

He is preceded in death by his father Clyde J. Johnson and mother Blanche Blackwell Johnson.

He will be missed by his many friends and family. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to The Pines Golf Course in Denham Springs or Livingston Parish Council of Aging.

There will be a visitation held at Christ Community Church on Saturday, October 26, 2024 from 10am to 11am with a memorial service starting at 11am. A burial at Evergreen Memorial Park will be held at a later date.
