Clyde Daniel Sauce, Jr., 51, of Denham Springs, Louisiana, passed away unexpectedly on October 15, 2025. He was born on October 21, 1973, in Morgan City, Louisiana.
Clyde was a man who loved the outdoors. Whether he was hunting in the woods or fishing on the water, he found peace and happiness in nature. He was known for his warm heart, sense of humor, and devotion to his family. Those who knew Clyde will remember his easy smile, his willingness to help others, and the way he could make anyone feel at home.
Clyde is survived by his daughter, Kristen Sauce Mack, and her husband, Kenneth Mack; his sons, Zachery Daniel Sauce and Tylor Douglas Sauce; and his brothers, Darrell G. Sauce, Richard J. Sauce, and Leslie “Bitt” Edwards. He was the proud grandfather of Annabell Mack and Kayden Mack, who were the light of his life. Clyde also leaves behind many other family members and friends who will forever cherish his memory.
He was preceded in death by his father, Clyde Daniel Sauce, Sr., his mother, Katherine Edwards, and his stepfather, Leslie Edwards.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, October 30, 2025, at Seale Funeral Home in Denham Springs, Louisiana. The visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m. followed by the funeral service at 1:00 p.m. Burial will follow at Frazier Cemetery in Greensburg, Louisiana.
Clyde will be deeply missed, but his love, laughter, and spirit will remain in the hearts of all who were fortunate enough to know him.
