David Allen Tate

David Allen Tate, 59, of Gulf Breeze, Florida passed away, February 9th, 2024. David was a native of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, eldest son and one of four children born to Avrie and Priscilla Tate. He was married to the love of his life and was a father to six beautiful children. David was a graduate of the University of Nebraska having served in the U.S. Army as an M1-A1 tanker during Desert Storm. He was a brilliant scientist in many disciplines, pursuing a passion and career as a Software Developer and IT professional.

He is preceded in death by his two mothers, Priscilla Tate and Lisa Tate as well as his eldest son Alex William Tate. He is survived in death by his wife of 32 years, Rachael O Tate of Gulf Breeze, Florida, his five children, Lila, Ruby, Charlotte, Treytin and Jakob, his father, Avrie Tate and his four siblings Sherry Tate, Shannon Messina, Michael Tate and Eric Tate, all of Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

Services will be held at Seale Funeral Home on March 9th, 2024 from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm , 1720 South Range Avenue, Denham Springs, Louisiana 70726 .
