Don Curtis Williams

Don Curtis Williams, resident of Walker, passed at the age of 82 on August 20, 2026. He was born in Humboldt, Tennessee to his parents Lloyd Williams and Evelyn Burke Williams on February 15, 1944. Don was proud to serve his country in the United States Army, and retired as a disabled veteran after the Vietnam War. In his free time, he enjoyed boating, cars, reading and spending time with his dogs. His life was dedicated to service and the care of those around him. He will be deeply missed by those he leaves behind.

He is survived by sisters Wanda W. Albright of Denham Springs and Deborah W. Roberts of Baton Rouge, brother Lloyd Daniel Williams of Longview TX, and numerous nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.

He is preceded in passing by his parents Lloyd Williams and Evelyn Burke Williams, sister-in-law Kathleen Williams, brother-in-law Tim Albright, and nephew Derek Roberts.

Pallbearers will be Timmy Albright, Michael Albright, Darin Feduccia, and Thierry Santangelo.

A special thank you to the staff at the VA Hospital in New Orleans, LA for their exceptional love and care during this time.

Visitation will be at Plainview Baptist Church on Friday, August 28, 2026 from 1:00pm to 3:00pm with a service starting at 3:00pm. Burial will follow at Plainview Baptist Church Cemetery.
