Donald Ray Hubert, Sr.

Donald Ray Hubert Sr. (age 66) passed away peacefully at his home in Greenwell Springs, Louisiana on May 29, 2025 following a heroic battle with Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis (ALS).

Donald will be remembered as a devoted husband, father, grandfather, and friend to many. He was a passionate LSU fan who loved grilling for family and friends, spending time on his Harley, and going out to listen to music. He retired after 30 years from Deltech Corporation as a supervisor.

He is proceeded in death by his father, Edmond Gerald Hubert Sr; mother, Shirley Burton Hubert; siblings, Edmond Gerald Hubert Jr. (Jerry), Rhonda Hubert Wyckoff, and Steve Edward Hubert; mother-in-law, Pearl Arbour; and brother-in-law, Douglas T. Arbour.  He is survived by his beloved wife of 42 beautiful years, Cassie Arbour Hubert, whose unwavering love and partnership were the foundation of his life; son, Donald Hubert Jr. (Emily); daughter, Molly Hubert Reilman (Richie); his grandchildren, Brennan, Konnor, Kollin, Harrison, and Hazel; and his brothers-in-law, Charles, Bennie, Mickey, and Ray Arbour.

Visitation will be held at Seale Funeral Home in Denham Springs, LA on Wednesday, June 4 ^th , 2025 from 9:00AM until the celebration of his life at 11:00AM.
