Donna Faye Buchanan, age 62, a lifelong resident of Livingston Parish, Louisiana, passed away on Wednesday, September 30, 2026, at her home in Albany, surrounded by her family.

She leaves behind her daughter Natalie Moore, son‑in‑law Caleb Moore, and granddaughter Kenzie Moore, who were her daily joy and comfort. She is also survived by her daughter Starla Jackson, grandson Ethan Kelley, sister Debbie Buchanan and niece Tara Addison.

Donna is preceded in death by her parents Annette and Dub Whitehead, her father Lincoln Buchanan, and her beloved nephew Bradley Addison.

Donna loved her family, Jesus, good food, and Elvis. She was hardworking, strong, and funny, with a faith and love like no other. Her resilience — no matter what life threw her way — was remarkable and stood as a testimony to everyone who knew her. She faced every challenge with grit, humor, and a heart full of grace.

She will be deeply missed and her memory will live on forevermore by those she loved most.
