Emerson Lee Roy White

April 5, 1944 ~ January 20, 2024

Emerson Lee Roy White was 79 years old and lost his battle with cancer on January 20 ^th , 2024.  He died peacefully in his sleep with his family by his side.

Lee Roy White is preceded in death by his parents, Marion Emanuel White and Melba Rich White; his brother Billy Ray White and wife Barbara; his brother Alphus Patrick White.

Lee Roy is survived by wife Glenda, daughter Keisha, Grandsons Devon & Dyllon, Great grandson James, his brother Edgar Eugene White & wife Paula; his sister n law Sally white; & many nieces & nephews.

Lee Roy graduated from Glenn Oaks High School.  He was an Army veteran who served his country in the Vietnam war & left with a Purple Heart and an honorable discharge.  He was a long-time member of the VFW, a volunteer fireman, and retired from the City of Baker.
