Frank “Peanut” Allen Hoyt passed away on Thursday, January 29, 2026, at the age of 56. He was a native of Independence, Louisiana and a resident of Holden, Louisiana. Frank was a porter for Bill Hood of Hammond, and loved fishing.
He is preceded in death by his father, Goerge Frank Hoyt, Sr.; mother, Donnis Gertrude McDonald Hoyt; and brother; Charles McLin and nephews, Michael Jordan Hoyt and Brandon Hoyt.
Frank is survived by his wife, Theresa Ann Hoyt; sons, Tyler, Dustin, and Jacob Winebrener, James Jr. and Austin Wakefield; and Cody Allen Hoyt; grandchildren, Jessie and Dailon Winebrener and Grayson Hoyt; sisters, Billie “Eldora” Hoyt Wall, Elizabeth McLin, Lisa McLin, and Hellen Michelle Hoyt McLin; brothers, George Frank Hoyt, Jr., and Danny McLin; Nieces; Jeannette Wilson, Amanda Reinninger, Stephanie Pederson, Amanda McLin, Jada McLin, and Everleigh Wilcox; nephews, Michael and Josh McLin, Claeton Pharr, Louie Reinninger; and many more loved friends and family.
The family would like to extend special thanks to the staff and management at Bill Hood of Hammond and Gulf Coast Hydrostatic Testers. They would also like to extend their gratitude to Benjamin Bartlett and everyone in the community who’s reached out during this difficult time.
Family and friends are invited to a Memorial Service held on Friday, February 6, 2026 at Seale Funeral Home in Livingston, Louisiana. Visitation begins at 12:00 P.M. until Service Time at 3:00 P.M.
In accordance with Frank and his family’s wishes, there will be no burial at this time.
