Georgia Hall

January 1, 1948 — July 13, 2025

It is with deep sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Georgia Ballard Hall, who left us peacefully on July 13th, 2025, at the age of 77. Georgia was born on January 1st, 1948, to Mae Strahan Ballard and George Phillip Ballard.

A mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend, Georgia’s life was defined by her unwavering determination, her enduring faith, and a love for those she felt truly understood her. Whether through her presence or her steadfast support, Georgia left a lasting impression on the lives of many.

She was a woman deeply rooted in faith and community. Georgia dedicated much of her time to faith-based organizations, where she built enduring friendships and touched the hearts of all who knew her.

Georgia held many roles in her life — daughter, sister, wife, mother, grandmother — and took pride in each one. She believed deeply in the potential and uniqueness of her family, never hesitating to express her pride in her children, James, Leah, and Keith, whose lives reflect the strength and spirit she nurtured in them.

Her grandchildren will remember her as a woman of conviction, guided by strong ideals and sustained by faith. While their relationships with her may have taken many forms, her influence and presence remain part of their stories.

In her personal life, Georgia found joy in connection — whether through shared meals, long conversations, or quiet moments with those she held dear. She had a gift for creating a sense of belonging wherever she went.

She is survived by Harry Hall. She will live on through her children, grandchildren, extended family, and many friends who will remember her for her resilience, her grace, and the unwavering way she stood by what she believed in.

Though Georgia’s journey has come to a close, her spirit lives on in the lives she touched. May she rest in peace.
