Gerald Bozeman went to be with our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on Saturday February 10, 2024 at the age of 77. Gerald was a born again Christian and enjoyed telling people about Jesus Christ. Jesus said to him, “ I am the way, and the truth, and the life; no one comes to the Father except through me.”, John 14:6. He loved talking to people and rarely met a stranger. He would help anyone in need and would give the shirt off his back to them. He was a life-long resident of Baton Rouge. He graduated Baton Rouge High School. He served in the United States Army.

He was preceded in death by the love of his life, wife, Wanda Smith Bozeman; parents, Wade H. Bozeman Sr. and Etta Lanier Bozeman; in- laws, Willard and Maxine Smith.

He is survived by his daughter, Lori Blinka (Rickey); son, Gerald G. Bozeman Jr. “Gee” (Tina); son, Troy Bozeman (Toni Lynn); son, Travis Bozeman (Kathe); grandkids, Kinslee Bozeman, Blake Bozeman, Brickson Bozeman, Presley Calvin, William Bozeman, Benjamin Bozeman, Ethan Blinka, Bryce Blinka, Cooper Garza, Coley Garza, Arty Garza; brother, Wade H. Boze man Jr.; brother, John Bozeman (Linda); sister, Marita Street; sister, Marilyn Burgess (Kenneth); brother-in-law, Neal Smith (Diane). He had many nieces, nephews and friends that he dearly loved.

Visitation will be March 2, 2024 at Seale Funeral Home in Denham Springs, LA. Visitation will be from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. and the memorial service will begin at 3 p.m. In lieu of flowers, please donate to your home church or your charity of choice.
