Howard K. Fielding

Howard K. Fielding, Jr. went to be with his Lord and Savior on July, 12, 2026, at the age of 93. He was born on February 8, 1933, in Warren, Rhode Island.

He spent the majority of his career as a Geologist, working in the oil and gas industry, then he worked at the Department of Environmental Quality, in the drinking water protection division where he retired from in 2012. In his free time, he enjoyed  traveling, watching movies, and playing bridge, which was a big hobby for him in his later years.

He is survived by his sons, Bruce Fielding and Vance Fielding; his grandchildren, Brett Fielding and Kara Fielding.

Howard is preceded in death by, parents; Howard K. Fielding, Sr. and Eleanor; and his aunt, Miriam Boylan.

Relatives and friends are invited to join the family for the visitation at Seale Funeral Home, 1720 S. Range Ave., Denham Springs, on Monday, July 20, 2026 at 1:00 PM until the funeral service at 3:00 PM.
