Howard "Junior" Phillips

Howard "Junior" Phillips passed away peacefully at his home surrounded by his loved ones on Tuesday, October 27, 2026. He was born in Bay Minette, AL on September 30, 1934 to Howard Sr. and Fleecy Phillips. He was an avid fisherman and outdoorsman. He loved being on his zero-turn mower every chance he got. He looked forward to sitting on the porch, watching his Flag and birds, especially on Sunday's for Family Gathering.

He is survived by his loving wife of 67 years, Claire Fairchild Phillips and 5 amazing children. Kevin(Margie); Faye(Robert); Kenny(Lori); Sammie(Danny); Debbie(Thomas). 11 Grandchildren ; numerous great and great-great grandchildren.

He is preceeded in death by his parents, 3 brothers, 5 sisters along with multiple Brother and Sister-in-Laws and loved ones.

Pallbearers are grandsons; David, Phillip, Adam, Dustin, Ryan; Great grandsons; Nikolas, Nathaniel, Kayden, Peyton (honorary).

Relatives and friends are invited to join the family at Seale Funeral Home in Denham Springs on Friday October 30, 2026 for a visitation beginning at 12:00 PM until the funeral service at 2:00 PM. Burial will immediately follow in Evergreen Memorial Park.
