Jesse Dale Robinson

Jesse Dale Robinson “JMFR”, 70, passed away Tuesday, September 10, 2024, at his home in Greenwell Springs, LA. Jesse served his country for four years in the United States Army before serving his community as a Fire Fighter and Arson Investigator for many years before retirement.

He is survived by his wife of 17 years, Laurie Robinson; sons, Justin (Lacey) and Jake the Snake; daughters, Brittney (Jacob) and Kayla (Landon); grandchildren, Titus, Taven, Tanner, Korbin, Eden, Talon, and Everly; brothers, Grady Joe (Becky), Danny and Gary Boles. as well as numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Grady Jesse and Josie Mae Jones Robinson, and John Samuel Robinson.

Visitation will be held at Seale Funeral Home, Tuesday, September 17, from 12 p.m. until service at 2 p.m.

Jesse was LARGER than life. Truly one-of-a-kind! No one else like him. You could talk to him about science, politics, history, or your favorite Jerry Springer episode. He could then turn around and tell you all about the Bible, then always tell you to say your prayers. Jesse’s enthusiasm for life was contagious. His greatest joys were spending time with his family, riding on his Harley or riding the 40, or spending time in the garden with his little mama. Jesse’s presence was always so loud, and his absence is even louder. He will be greatly missed by everyone who knew him. God bless, Amen. HELL YEAH!!
