Joan Alford Jones

Joan Alford Jones passed away on August 9, 2026 at the age of 87 years. She was born in Baton Rouge, LA on November 2, 1938. She was a resident of Central and Zachary. She graduated from Baker High School. She attended Southeastern Louisiana University. Joan worked as a school bus driver for EBR Parish schools for 33 years. Joan was preceded in death by her husband Carl Jones and parents Herman and Iona Alford. She is survived by her daughter Cindy Jones Kutz (Bryan). Survived by brothers Daryl (Sara) Alford, Lynell (Judy) Alford and sister Cheryl Anne Esdorn.

Her grandchildren are Brandon Drake Kutz, Justin David Kutz (Brandi) and Blaine Dylan Kutz.
