JoAnn Amacker Penton, 92, passed away at her home in Denham Springs on January 10 th , 2024 with her family gathered around her as she was called by God to join him in heaven. She was a loving mother, sister, daughter, aunt, and friend, as well as a devoted member of Hebron Baptist Church.
She is survived by her sons, John, Doug, and Lindsey Penton, daughter Judy Keener, 12 grandchildren, 6 nieces and nephews, and 10 great nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her son, Charles Penton, parents and brothers.
There will be a memorial service held at Seale Funeral Home in Denham Springs on Sunday, January 14 th from 1 to 3 PM. The family thanks all of you for coming to share in this time of remembrance with them.
