John Fredrick Cason

John Fredrick Cason, beloved Husband, Father, Grandfather, Brother and Son, went to be with his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on November 28, 2025 in Baton Rouge, LA at the age of 55. He was born on June 17, 1970 in Hammond, Louisiana.

He worked for Solstice Advance, formerly Honeywell for 30+ years. He was also a former member of the Local 198. In his free time, he enjoyed wood carving, cooking for his family, reading books, watching old movies, boxing, fishing, hunting, and watching the Saints play football; he was a die-hard Saints fan, but most of all he loved to be with his grandchildren.

John is survived by his loving wife of 31 years, Joanna Cason; daughter, Jessica Cason; sons, James B. Cason and John M. Cason; grandchildren, Jamie Cason, Connor Cason, Peyton Schneider, and Lucas Schneider; mother, Arlene Smith Jenkins (Lester); sisters, Belinda Denicola (Ricky) and Sherrie Spano (Tommy); brothers, Richard Cason (Cindy) and James Cason; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his father, Francis “Dickie” Cason.

Relatives and friends are invited to join the family for the visitation at Seale Funeral Home, 1720 S. Range Ave., Denham Springs, LA, on Friday, December 5, 2025 from 12:00 PM until the memorial service at 2:00 PM.
