Johnny Ray Stubbs, 82, of Baton Rouge, Louisiana, passed away Thursday, October 2, 2025. Johnny served his community for many years as a fire fighter with the Baton Rouge Fire Department before retiring. He was a devoted father, grandfather and friend.
