Joseph Leon Sauer, age 63, passed away at Baton Rouge General Hospital (Bluebonnet) May 15, 2026.

He was survived by three brothers: Ronald Love (Valerie), Anthony Sauer, Henry Sauer, Jr., and William Sauer, along with several nieces and nephews.

Joseph was preceded in death by his parents: Henry Sauer, Sr., and Minnie Faye Sauer, and two brothers: Charles Love and Wayne Love.

Seal Funeral Service was entrusted with final arrangements and care.
