Joyce Annette Stevens

Annette Albin Stevens, beloved wife and mother, passed away on February 25, 2024 at home after a long fight with dementia. She was 72 years old. She had a strong faith in her Lord Jesus Christ, and was very active in church. The Lord gave her a joyful heart, which was her strength. Annette graduated from Glen Oaks High School in 1969. She worked in a health unit as a typist. She married Terry Stevens in the spring of 1970 and when they were expecting their first child, she became a stay-at-home mom. She homeschooled her children for many years.

She is survived by her daughter Shannon Stevens, her son Joshua Stevens, her Aunt Leatrice Whiddon and family, her sister and brother-in-law Diane and David Thompson, her niece Kim Saia and husband John Saia Jr., her nephew Donald Thompson Sr. and wife Lori and family.

She is preceded in death by her dearly loved husband Terry Stevens, parents Donald and Gloria Albin, and in-laws James and Frankie Stevens.

A memorial service will be held at Seale Funeral Home in Denham Springs on Saturday, March 2 from 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM with a service to follow.
