Judy Caddell Baker, 76, a resident of Watson, Louisiana passed away peacefully at her home on Good Friday, April 3, 2026. She was born on July 23, 1949 in Florence, South Carolina to Othenia Kennington Johnson and Lonnie Caddell. She loved spending time crocheting, faithful and devout Christian and was very well versed in the bible. She was member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church for 45 years and has been very active in various committees and organizations. Judy met the love of her life in Hartsville, South Carolina. They married and settled down in Camden, South Carolina and had her children, Amy and Tim, they eventually moved to Watson, Louisiana where she resided until she passed away. Judy was a kind and generous woman who would help anyone in need. She was very dedicated to her ongoing prayer list of people that she would pray for daily. Judy loved reading and playing Pokeno. Most of all, she valued being a wife, mother, and grandmother; and most of all a daughter of God.
Judy was married to the love of her life of 59 years, Tim Baker; daughter, Amy Comeaux; son, Tim Baker (Kellie); granddaughters, Madison Comeaux and Peyton Baker; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Judy is preceded in death by her mother, Othenia Johnson; father, Lonnie Caddell; brothers, Richard Caddell and Larry Caddell; father-in-law, Edward G. Baker; mother-in-law, Mary C. Baker; son-in-law, Russell Comeaux.
Relatives and friends are invited to join the family at Immaculate Conception Church, Denham Springs, Louisiana on Tuesday, April 7, 2026 for a visitation starting at 9:00 AM until the funeral mass at 11:00 AM. Graveside service will immediately follow at Greenoaks Memorial Park.
