Kenneth R. Dixon, age 69, of Denham Springs, Louisiana, passed away on November 27, 2025.
Born in Kenner, Louisiana, Kenneth lived a life rooted in family, faith, and hard work.
Kenneth proudly served in the United States Army. After his service, he built a successful small business in woodworking and carpentry, a craft he poured his heart into for many years. His hands shaped wood, but his true legacy was the love, strength, and kindness he shared with everyone around him.
Kenneth was married to the love of his life, Carol, for 34 years. Together they built a beautiful family who was the center of his world. He is survived by his children, Randy (Kaylee) (daughters, Destiny, Reagan, and Mckalyn), Jeffery, (children Lucinda and Timothy) & Jessika (Anthony).
He is also survived by his brothers Rocky and Steve, and his sisters Karen and Wanda.
Kenneth was preceded in death by his parents, Lavonne and Cotton.
A man of deep Christian faith, Kenneth lived with compassion and integrity. He loved woodworking, watching his wife crochet, making silly jokes, laughing, and cherishing time with his family. He was the kind of person who made conversations meaningful - someone who genuinely cared, listened, and loved deeply. To know Kenneth was to know warmth, humor, and unwavering sincerity.
A celebration of Kenneth's life will be held on December 19, 2025, from 2:00 PM with a reception immediately following at Blackwater United Methodist Church, 10000 Blackwater Rd, Baker, LA, 70714.
Kenneth will be profoundly missed, but his spirit, laughter, and love will continue to live on in all who knew him.
