Kenny passed away on November 29, 2025, at Sterling Place, in Baton Rouge, La. A marine, an electrician and proud member of IBEW #26, a husband, father, brother, grandfather, great-grandfather and friend, he will be missed by so many.

Kenny is survived by his wife, Amy Creel, his brothers Ricky (Kim), Ralph L. Evans, Daniel T. LeTeff, his sister Lynda (aka Susie) LeTeff, his first love Bonnie, daughters Tanya Lilly, Christina (aka Chrissy) Campbell, Candie (T.J.) Price, step children Mark, Brandon, JodiAnn (Jon) and TJ, his grandchildren: Andrew, Destanie, Tyler, Amanda, Jayden, Carleigh and Mason, step grandchildren Hannah, Marriah and Tino and his great grandchildren: Kynlie, Brycen, & Bradley as well as numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his son James, his parents Kenneth and Shirley, his brothers Donnie and Bobby, his sister Alice (aka Sissy), his wife Faith and his nephew Brandon LeTeff.

Although not a man of large stature, Kenny was truly larger than life, to all who knew him. He had a way about him in which he owned the room wherever he was. He could make everyone laugh, great big belly laughs. Kenny was a man who loved life and he lived it to the fullest. He loved loud music, fast cars and good times. He was almost always in the mood to sing and dance. Kenny also loved to fish and would often keep a fishing pole in the trunk of his car just in case he passed a fishing hole on his way to or from work. Kenny loved football and was a huge fan of the New Orleans Saints. Lastly, it can’t go unmentioned that Kenny had a way with the ladies. As his daughters, we never really understood what the fuss was all about, but there was no denying that there was a fuss. Kenny always had ladies of all ages swooning over him. He couldn’t even go into a grocery store or 7-11 without the clerk getting all flustered and forgetting to ring up everything. To say he was a lady’s man is a bit of an understatement. This remained true even in his twilight years at the nursing home, where he had his female care takers dancing with him, laughing and cutting up all the time.

But more than anything else, the thing he might be remembered for the most was being our Daddy. Daddy loved his daughters very much and we loved him. He was so immensely proud of each of his girls. He had a way of making each of us feel so loved and incredibly special. We were each his baby girl. And he had us convinced that there was nothing on this earth that he couldn’t do. He will be deeply missed, and this loss istremendous.
