Lane Michael Blount

Lane Michael Blount, resident of Denham Springs, passed at the age of 27 on March 7, 2026. He was born in Houston, Texas on January 27, 1999 to his parents Mike and Rhonda Blount. Lane worked to get his associates degree in process analytics. He was the senior sales engineer and worked for Blount Analytical Sales and Service. He had an interest and love for hot rods. Lane was happiest when fishing, traveling, and enjoying life with his family. He will be deeply missed by those that had the privilege to know and love him.

He is survived by his spouse of 4 years Lauren Evans Blount, parents Mike and Rhonda Blount, sister Lauren Courtney (Daryl), niece Andi Courtney, nephew Maddox Courtney, brother-in-laws Dalton Evans and Nathan Evans, father-in-law Shane Evans, and mother-in-law Sherrie Evans. 

He is preceded in passing by his grandfathers James Hayden and Richard Tenny. 

There will be a celebration of life held on Friday, March 13, 2026 from 3:00pm to 5:00pm with a service starting at 5:00pm at Revival Temple (28521 Walker South Rd., Walker LA 70785).
