Lois Louise Gatton Nass

Lois Louise Gatton Nass, born July 2, 1943, passed away on December 24, 2025.

Lois was a resident of Garden View Assisted Living and Memory Care in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. She was a proud member of the Eastern Star Organization, where she found fellowship and purpose.

Lois enjoyed the simple pleasures of life. She loved gardening, had a fond appreciation for antiques, and greatly cherished time spent with her family. She also enjoyed relaxing with a good movie.

Lois is survived by her son and daughter-in-law, Howard and Alyson Nass; grandchildren, Katherine and Kendall Nass; brother-in-law, Bob Gebhardt, Sr.; sister-in-law, Karen Gatton; and numerous loved nieces and nephews.

Lois is preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Nass; parents, Clarence and Lola Gatton; parents-in-law, Howard and Darlene Nass; brother, Clarence Gatton; sisters, Shirley Griffiths, Audrey Rossler, Ruth Gebhardt, and Marie Wood; brother-in-law, Bob Fleming, Sr.; and nephew, Bobby Fleming.

A special thank you to the staff at Garden View Assisted Living and Memory Care along with Gentiva Hospice for the love and care they have shown.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital.

Relatives and friends are invited to join the family at Seale Funeral Home on Wednesday, December 31, 2025 for a visitation starting at 9:00 AM until the funeral service at 11:00 AM.

Above all, Lois will be remembered for her love of family and the quiet joys she embraced throughout her life. She will be deeply missed by those who knew and loved her.
