Mary Guitrau passed away peacefully on October 11, 2023 at her home. Visitation will be held on Monday, October 16, 2023,

9 AM to 12 PM, at the St. Joseph Catholic Church, 15710 Hwy.

16, French Settlement, Louisiana. Survived by 1 daughter and 5 sons, Raymond and Toni Guitrau, Patsy and Kurt Matherne, David and Lisa Guitrau, Perry Guitrau, Robert and Rochelle Guitrau, Jeffery Guitrau and fiancée Shantelle Hebert. 16 grandchildren, 33 great grandchildren. Preceded in death by her loving husband Raymond Paul Guitrau, Sr.; parents, Peter and Louise Vicknair, siblings, and granddaughter Sharie Matherne York. Pallbearers are her grandsons, Sean Guitrau, Brent Matherne, Brandon Guitrau, Christian Guitrau, Cody Guitrau, Dustin Guitrau. Honorary Pallbearers Nicholas Wheat, Gavin Clements.
