Marvin Richard Langston, Jr.

Marvin Richard Langston, Jr., 68, of Denham Springs, Louisiana, passed away Wednesday, November 12, 2025. Marvin was hardworker and drove a truck over the road for many years to care for his family. He was a devoted father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend and will be missed by all who knew him.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Marvin Richard Langston, Sr. and Georgie Jean Arnold Langston.

He is survived by his son, Marvin Richard Langston, III; grandchild, Brayden Gainey; sisters, Angela Barker and Velma Brock; brother, Dempsey Langston Sr; nephews, Derek Langston, Dempsey Langston Jr., Billy Brock, Blaine Brock, Nicholas Brock, and Carl Barker; and niece, Breigh Comeaux.
