Mary LaShell Bigby Coleman

Mary Bigby Coleman, 69, of Denham Springs, Louisiana, passed away Sunday, July 27, 2025 after a long battle with Alzheimer’s Disease. She was born October 29, 1955 in Leland Mississippi to Willie Frank and Francis Loraine Bigby. Mary met Archie Coleman in 1970 and married April 3, 1971. They were married for 54 years and raised three children. She was a devoted and loving wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister and friend and will be missed dearly by all who knew her.

She was preceded in death by her parenst, Willie and Francis Bigby; and brothers, Dwight, David, and Biilly Bigby.

She is survived by her husband, Archie Coleman; children, Archie Duane Coleman Jr., Michael Travis Coleman, and Jeremy Scott Coleman; 12 grandchildren; 3 great-grandchildren; brother, Dewayne Bigby; and sister, Audrey Gail Bigby.
