Mary Ann Hill Young

Mary Ann Hill Young, beloved mother, grandmother, great grandmother, and sister passed away on March 14, 2025. She was born on September 22, 1949 to Mary Jane Hill and Cleveland Hill in Pink Hill, North Carolina. She worked many years as a seamstress and enjoyed sewing and genealogy.

Mary is survived by her daughter, Melissa Causey Fontenot (Charles); sons, Michael Young and Matt Young (Heather); grandchildren, Chance Causey (Brittany), BreAnna Causey, Chenoa Young, Cheyenne Young, and Xander Young; great grandchildren, Carter Causey, Waylon Young, and Reece Young; sister, Molly Smith, brothers, Pete and Vance Hill; and numerous other loving family members and friends.

Mary is preceded in death by her husband, Larry Young; father, Cleveland Hill; mother, Mary Jane Hill; and grandson, Mikey Young.
