Melissa Leeanne Rotolo

Melissa passed away Tuesday, December 5, 2023 at the age of 55. She was born in Indiana and raised in Baton Rouge. She attended Parkview Baptist High School. She was a resident of Holden for many years. She was a dog lover and cared for many dogs. Visitation will be held Tuesday, December 12, 2023 at Seale Funeral Home, Denham Springs from 5:00 PM until the Memorial Service at 6:00 PM in the funeral home chapel. She is survived by her daughter, Dorothy-Anne (Haley) Shirels; father, Anthony Rotolo, Jr.; mother, Margaret Rotolo; and sister, Paula Rotolo. Melissa was preceded in death by her son, Andrew Shirels. The family has asked, in lieu of flowers, to make a donation to a domestic women’s shelter or to LOPA.org.
