Michael Vincent Bridevaux, Jr.

Michael Vincent Bridevaux, Jr., beloved Husband, Father, and Grandfather, passed away on August 13, 2025, at the age of 81. He was born on March 20, 1944 in New Orleans, Louisiana.

A proud United States Army Veteran, Michael served his country honorably before dedicating his career to commercial refrigeration. An avid outdoorsman, he enjoyed time on the water fishing and boating. On land, Michael’s creativity shone through his love of woodworking and clockmaking.

 Michael is survived by his devoted wife of 60 years, Doris McClendon Bridevaux; sons, Eugene “Mack” Bridevaux (Rhonda) and Michael V. Bridevaux III (Becca); grandchildren, Dalton Bridevaux, Hannah Bridevaux, Jacob Bridevaux (Ashley), Samantha Bridevaux, Sarah Bridevaux, and Amelia Bridevaux; sisters, Velma Serpas and Mary Ann Welch; brothers, George Bridevaux, Sr., and Larry Bridevaux; and numerous nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Michael Bridevaux, Sr. and Velma Waguespack Bridevaux; and daughter, Mindy Bridevaux.In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial donations be made to his wife, Doris Bridevaux, to help support her during this difficult time.

Relatives and friends are invited to join the family for a visitation, on Saturday, August 23, 2025 at Judson Baptist Church, 32470 Walker North Rd., from 2:00 PM until the memorial service at 4:00 PM.
