Michael E. Hayes

On Saturday, October 7, 2023, Michael E. Hayes, passed away at home in Walker, LA at the age of 63 years. Michael was born on November 4, 1959 in Fairview, OH to his parents Martha and Russell. Michael was a beloved son, brother, father, grandfather, and friend to many and had a big heart for all people and creatures great and small. His warmth, compassion, and love will be greatly missed. He is survived by his ex-spouse, Vanessa and their two children, Elizabeth and Clayton, and one grandchild, Piper. Michael is also survived by his parents and his siblings, Laura and Russell. A Memorial Mass will be celebrated in memory of Michael on Monday, October 16, 2023 at 10:30 a.m., at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Denham Springs, LA with Fr. Matthew Graham presiding.
