Michael Wayne Ellis, beloved son, brother, and friend, passed away on February 10, 2026. He was born on November 2, 1970, in Opelousas, Louisiana.
Mike is survived by his mother, Gloria Ellis; his father, Jessie Lee Ellis and his wife Melinda "Pete" Ellis; his sisters, Joni Ellis and Jaime Girard (Brian); his brothers, Jeffery Ellis (Katie) and Christopher Ellis (Maggie); 10 nieces and nephews; his paternal aunts, Vitula Dupree and Gloria Bihm; and maternal aunts, Marie Macaluso, Patty Meuniere, Jewel Marie Smith, Twila Lorraine McDaniel, Patricia Gauthier, and Susan Berthelot.
Relatives and friends are invited to join the family for the visitation at Seale Funeral Home, 1720 S. Range Ave., Denham Springs, on February 16, 2026, from 1:00 PM until the memorial service at 3:00 PM.
