Orece Sharp

Orece Sharp; a Beloved Dad, Pawpaw, Brother, Son and Friend; passed away into the Loving Arms of Jesus, on Saturday July 18, 2026, in his home at the age of 90. He was a long-time resident of Denham Springs. He had such a Loving and Sweet Spirit; he Loved The Lord with All his Heart, he was a Man of Great Wisdom, he knew No Stranger and was known by all as "Pop."

He is survived by his Four Daughters, Debra Trahan, and husband Jack; Sandra Sharp, Celissa Sharp, and partner Paul, Tina Douglas, and husband Sammy Douglas; their Children, Latisha Hanna, and husband Matthew, Sabrina, and Anastasia; Grandchildren; and Great Grandchildren; Sisters, Nola Galloway and Alma Kennedy. He is reunited with his Parents, Alma T. Sharp and Ira Sharp; Brothers, Haratio, Otis, Clifton, Douglas, Dannal, Ruffis, and Elliot; Sisters, Viola Dominque, Rose Henie, Jimmie Mason, Mattie Doris Johnson, and Eletha Sharp. He will be missed and forever remembered by all who knew and loved him.

The Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, July 23, 2026, at Seale Funeral Home in Denham Springs. Visitation will be from 8 a.m. -10 a.m. then Service to start at 10 a.m. It will be officiated by Ps. Sammy Douglas.
