Patricia “Pat” Cox Felder

Pat Felder passed peacefully on Monday, January 8, 2024 at the age of 78. She was born July 5, 1945 in Baton Rouge to her parents Farrell Wayne and Mary Kathryn Cox.

She was proceeded in death by her parents, ex-husband James “Bud” Felder, brother Wayne Cox, sisters Judy Drumetski and Gwyne Cox, grandson Robert J. Felder. She is survived by her sister Lynne Cox. Her children, Eva K. Walker, Robert W. Felder, James P. Felder. Her grandchildren, Kathryn Hudson, Christina and husband Christian Hemard, Brandon Felder, Brittany Felder, Jamie Felder. Great grandchildren Destiny Milligan, Dylan Goynes, Megan Shaw, Henry Hemard, Luna Hemard, Aliah Vicknair, Trinity Johnson, and great great grandchildren.

Pat was a woman of many talents. Selling auto parts in her early years and after retirement she took pride keeping meticulous care of her home and yard. She volunteered throughout the years, researched everything and had quite a few hobbies including quilting, word and jigsaw puzzles. She enjoyed taking trips with her daughter Eva and having adventures with her granddaughter Christina. A light in her life was her great granddaughter Luna, who she affectionately called “little girl”. She was feisty until the end and will be missed by her family and those who knew her.

There are no services planned. The family would like to thank Heritage Nursing Home of Hammond and Life Source Hospice.
