Patricia “Pat” Duke

Patricia “Pat” Faye Erwin Duke passed away on June 3, 2025 at the age of 82 years old. She was born on September 21, 1942 to Edna Woodruff Erwin and Mike Erwin, Sr in Alexandria, Louisiana. She was an avid reader spending many hours in her recliner reading; as she read, she would take breaks watching her hummingbird’s feed. Her two granddaughters, Saydee and Anndee were her absolute pride and joy in life. Every moment she got to spend with them brought her tremendous happiness. She loved her family and most importantly, her Lord and Savior.

She is survived by her son, Kenneth C. Duke, Jr.; daughter, Nannette Duke Barr and husband, Lee Barr; granddaughters, Saydee Alexandra Barr and Anndee Denee’ Barr; and brothers, Mike Erwin and wife, Katherine Erwin and Richard Erwin and wife, Lyn Erwin.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Rev. Kenneth C. Duke, Sr., her father, Rev. Mike Erwin; and her mother, Mrs. Edna Erwin.

Relatives and friends are invited to join the family on Saturday, June 21, 2025 for a visitation starting at 10:00 AM until a memorial service at 11:00 AM at Seale Funeral Home, Denham Springs, Louisiana.
