Ralph passed away Monday, September 23, 2024 at his home in Denham Springs at the age of 84. He was a U.S. Navy veteran and a retired iron worker. He is survived by his daughter, Willie Parks; sons, Randall and Timothy Parks; sister, Juanita Parks Hebert; niece, Jennifer Comeaux. Preceded in death by his parents, Mircal Thomas Parks, Sr. and Willie Cleo Hicks Parks; daughter, Kathy Parks; brothers, Mircal Thomas Parks, Jr. and William Thomas Parks; sisters, Elouise Parks McCartney and Louise Parks Free.
