Randall Brent Starkey

Randall Brent Starkey, 64, passed away on October 17, 2026. He was born on January 26, 1962, in Ville Platte, Louisiana.

Randall  worked in construction. In his free time, he enjoyed fast cars, hunting, and fishing, but most of all, he cherished spending time with his family and friends. The time he shared with those closest to him was an important part of his life.

He is survived by his loving mother, Janella Deville Purvis; his grandchildren, Maddox Farris and Mazzie Sturges; his sister, Amberly Scott; his brothers, Michael Starkey, Doug Starkey, and Dorian Starkey; his nieces, Chelsea Barnard and Mattie Starkey; and his nephews, Gage Vidrine, Ashton Starkey, Michael Starkey II, and Eli Starkey.

Randall was preceded in death by his daughter, Felicia Nicole Starkey; his father, Donald E. Starkey; his maternal grandparents, Fremont Deville and Melda Fontenot; and his paternal grandparents, O.D. Severio and Mattie Severio.

He will be remembered by his family and friends for the memories they shared and the time they spent together.
