Richard Wayne Hill

Richard Wayne Hill, resident of Denham Springs, Louisiana, passed at the age of 55 on September 6, 2025. He was born on November 23, 1969 to his parents Willard and Andrea Hill in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Richard graduated from special education and loved Legos, baseball cards, jigsaw puzzles, and coloring Hot Wheels. He will be deeply missed by those that had the privilege to know and love him.

He is survived by his parents Willard and Andrea Hill, brother Robert Hill, nieces Natalie Clara Hill and Erica Jayne Hill, and other family and friends Geraldine and Leroy Johnson, Tammy and Tommy Minhette, Harry, Kay, and Trey Hill, Claude Penn, Rudy Chandler, Donald and Lawern Graham, Stacy Trest, Buddy Valentine, Billy and Edith Chambers, David Crosco, Noah Johnson, Britini Thompson, Susan Smith Wheeler, Stephine Smith, Jerry Jr. Smith, Laquita and Guy, Kevin, Dena, Dara Smith Devall, and Jackie Guillory.

He is preceded in death by his grandparents Murphy Lee Ott and Ambrose Hill, and Alice O’Neal and Willie Chambers.

A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
