Roger Lynn Anderson

Roger Lynn Anderson, a resident of Denham Springs, passed away September 28, 2026 at the age of 71.

Roger was born in Grinnell, Iowa to Harold and Ada Anderson and was a graduate of Grinnell High School. After graduating, he proudly served his country in the United States Army. After serving many years in the army, he became a PVC Pipe manufacturer in Winnebago, Minnesota for 19 years. He was often praised for his hard work and his skills were adored by all those around him. In his free time, he loved reading a good book and spending time with his grandchildren. His kind spirit will be missed dearly by his loving family and friends.

He is survived by his wife, Alice Anderson of Grinnell, Iowa, daughters; Rebecca Anderson(Dwayne) of Phoenix, Arizona and Kaanan Fugler (Joshua) of Denham Springs, Louisiana, son, Clark Anderson(Heather) of Fredericksburg, Virginia; grandchildren, Alexis Valdez(Juan), Jonathan, Chloe, Aiden, and Hana Mackey, as well as Nicholas Anderson, Matthew and Christopher Yeaman; nieces, Tammy Winburn, Sarah Cox-Smith and Lenore Montiague; as well as nephews, Jeffrey and Rex Morrison, Adam and Simon Allison.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Harold and Ada Anderson; sister, Wanda Kettleman; brother in law, William Kettleman and son-in-law, Matthew Mackey.

A private burial will take place at Iowa Veteran's cemetery at a later date.
