Denham Springs, Louisiana

Listen to Obituary

Sue Anne Allen Hayes was born August 22, 1957 to Horace E. Allen and Marie Lois Callegan Allen in the rural community of Central, living on Bon Dickey Dr. until college at Southeastern.

Time marches on, after marriage and being a mom to Katie Marie along with working for over 30 years at the LA Department of Motor Vehicle, her life was still filled with a love of dogs, using her gift of makeup, dressing in purple, listening to Christian music, and loving family and friends through Facebook as her health declined.

She peacefully left her daughter Katie, two sisters, Toni Bliss (Bobby) and Gail Miller, and numerous nieces and nephews. By the grace and mercy of Our Lord, Sue is with her big brother, Jim and parents.

In lieu of flowers, please keep Sue's sweet spirit in your heart.

A special thanks to Amera Denham Springs, the Assisted living staff, and caregiver younger sister Gail Miller.
