Tara Elaine Corsentino

Tara Elaine Corsentino passed away at the age of 63 on February 2, 2025, peacefully in her home with her son by her side. She was born in Baton Rouge LA on October 18, 1961. Tara worked as a bookbinder for many years for American Press with family and friends which she thoroughly enjoyed. Tara loved spending time with her family and beloved dog Boomer. She loved playing softball, fishing, and spending time on the beach and her most favorite when she got to swim with the dolphins. She will always be truly loved and missed.

Tara is survived by her parents Billie and Curley Allen, daughter Casey Broussard and husband Lenny, daughter Cobi Barragan and son Cody Barragan and five grandchildren, Mackenzie, Jaci, Hayden, Morgan and Noah.

Tara is preceded in death by her father, Salvadore “SJ” Corsentino and former husband, Luis Barragan.

Relatives and friends are invited to join the family for visitation at Seale Funeral Home,1720 S. Range Ave. Denham Springs, on Friday, February 7,2025 starting at 11am until the time of funeral services at 1 pm.

Donations may be made on behalf of the family to the funeral home until 12 p.m. Thursday, February 6. Any donations after can be made directly to the family to help with offsetting other cost.
